1. オレンジのカッコ内に入る関係詞一語はasですね。such～as S V（SVのような～）の形です。thatじゃないです。such～that…のthatは接続詞なので、thatの後ろには完全文が来ないといけません。今回はseenの目的語がないので完全文じゃないです。
2. 青のカッコ内は「respectable」。「-able」は受身の性質を持ちますから、「respectされる」という意味で「ちゃんとした」ですね。
3. 緑のandが繋いでるものは、excitedとdelighted。
4. 赤アンダーラインの主語と動詞は、the respectable inhabitantsがＳ、were packingがＶです。packing以下は独立分詞構文なので、loafersやchildrenのあとにwereを入れて読んであげましょう。

全訳
軍司令部がどこに立ったのか、ウェイブリッジの住民に聞いても誰も知らなかった。町全域が今までにどんな町でも見たことない混乱に包まれていた。二輪馬車・四輪馬車がいたるところに見られた。乗り物と貨車がこれほどびっくりするくらいゴチャゴチャしているのは初めてだった。ゴルフやボートの服を着ている男や、綺麗に着飾ったりしている妻など、町の良識ある住民は荷造りをしていた。川沿いの浮浪者は精力的に手助けをしていた。子供たちは興奮しており、なにより、いつもの日曜日が驚くほど変わったことにひどく喜んでいた。こうした真っただ中で、立派な副牧師はとても元気よく朝のミサを行っていた。この興奮状態のなか、副牧師のベルが騒がしく鳴り響いていた。
