全訳
妹の部屋は屋根裏部屋で、そこから頭を突きだしてみると、通りのあちこちで住民が窓枠を開ける音が反響していた。その窓枠から、てんでばらばらに髪がめちゃくちゃになっている頭が現れた。「誰かいるか！」と叫ぶ声がした。「襲って来ているぞ！」と警官が玄関を叩きながら怒鳴っていた。「火星人が来ているぞ！」と、次から次へと戸口を叩いていった。
屋根裏部屋に暮らしてるんですか。ドラえもんの押し入れ部屋みたいな感じですか？
